Beauty and the Builder began with a dream to use our careers and personal experiences to support and serve our community. We’ve faced our own share of hardships, but instead of letting them define us negatively, we’ve chosen to let them fuel our faith and deepen our commitment to serving others.

As a dermatology Nurse Practitioner, I often see how caring for your skin and wellness can uplift confidence and transform lives. I experienced this firsthand when I was diagnosed with a rare congenital heart defect that took my father's life and attempted to steal my joy, self-esteem, and normalcy. It is a deep desire of my heart to extend that same sense of renewal to those facing incredibly difficult life circumstances. By providing complimentary beauty and wellness education, services, and products, we aim to restore dignity and confidence to individuals who are fighting through hardship.

As a general contractor, renovating a space gives us an opportunity to create a totally new experience for our clients. I've always dreamed of the opportunity to help families who've experienced tragic circumstances. When I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, I needed people around me, restoring areas of my life that I didn’t have the strength to tackle. Combing my personal experiences and career with Beauty and the Builder is one of my greatest accomplishments.
